      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to get a refund or transfer funds to a family member's account in light of an issue I had:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first attempt to add funds gave an error saying to try again, and after the second attempt I saw that I had been billed twice!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The funds are way to much for my account alone, would take years to use it, but my wife has a larger data plan.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
