    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/177159"&gt;@BKNS27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There was some carry-over into 2018, I bought a 2017 phone in spring 2018 and it was locked to the carrier. &amp;nbsp;I'm guessing they didn't go back through old stock and unlock them before they sold them. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have given my old phone to a friend and she needs it unlocked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The old phone was on public mobile, I took my SIM card and put it in my new phone no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can’t seem to find how to get the old phone unlocked. I try to open a help ticket and keep getting an error message. It is proving very difficult to reach an actual person with Public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
