      <description>&lt;P&gt;No data transfer. When I call, it says that you need to select a tariff plan. The money has been debited from the card ($56).&amp;nbsp;SMS from number 988-3838 coming.The account was activated 3 hours ago. I don’t understand anything. It should make the difference , can’t activate on the website no more since the PM app came out .
