I purchased an add-on for US roaming but it does not work. The mobile data is on, the roaming is on, and i restarted the phone. I still cannot get it to work!

@Dana6 first make sure you got the correct US roaming add on and not just the US long distance add on ..also Set the phone to LTE and make sure your connecting to T mobile or AT&T

how do i set my phone to LTE and i dont seem to be able to choose the T mobile or AT&T, it connects automatically to Verizon

@Dana6 In phone settings voice and data set to LTE and try to manually connect to T mobile or AT&T Verizon won’t work . pM only has partnership with T mobile and AT&T
