- Can you try your PM SIM in another phone to see if you experience the same issues?
- Maybe your phone is not compatible with 5G?

@seeun The speed can be variable but since you are also having problems with voice calls best to contact customer service, use this link and then watch your inbox for a agent's reply, either indicated at an envelope icon top right, or click/tap your avatar for a drop down with Messages
