      <description>&lt;P&gt;Send private message to CS_agent. They will help you out. I have had such experience. They are very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't really understand why the sim card slow mailing is still promoted as two-day delivery to home. It is misleading and causing CS_agent a lot of extra work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/346246"&gt;@Epic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the 2 days is about when PM will shop out the sim, not when the customer will get the sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is true we saw some complaints about unusual long delivery , but we also have feedback that sim arrived with a weekz so the experience really varies&lt;/P&gt;</description>
