Hi,

I've recently signed up for public mobile. I've made an account, subscribed to a plan and ordered a SIM. I have put my new public mobile SIM in my phone and completed the account setup. I've requested for my old number to be ported from public mobile but haven't received the authorization request. It's been 2 days since and I can still talk/text on my freedom SIM but my public mobile SIM doesn't work. Please help, it's very frustrating that there is no support for Public Mobile and the chatbot leads in endless circles.
