what was the exact error? there are different PUK error and PM can only help with the one about sim card PUK, the one that you got locked because you setup a PIN on the sim card. if you are really looking for PUK to unlock the sim pin, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

You will need to contact a CS_Agent for the PUK at:

But if you have a Samsung phone, you will need to contact Samsung Canada.
