    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/292600"&gt;@Naimedir&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;"&lt;SPAN&gt;They say submitting a ticket isn't helpful because nobody answers "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The chatbot/ticket system is hit and miss, but the link you've been given is for a private message directly to a customer service agent. &amp;nbsp; If you don't get a reply in an hour or two check your private message Sent folder to make sure your message actually went. &amp;nbsp;If you don't see an envelope icon at the top right of this page indicating a reply, then click on your avatar and see if there is anything under Messages. &amp;nbsp;Replies are easily overlooked when there is no envelope (which depends on device).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so try to reboot the phone and or reset network settings see if that helps .
