    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to cancel my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to sign in to my account, it recognizes my name and asks me to set up my subscription?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve been a customer for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I need my account number to port my phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want out of public mobile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help, this has been immensely frustrating. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can I speak to an actual person?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
