      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I initiated the transfer number process a couple hours ago, and I got a text right away from Public Mobile with the wrong ESN etc message. No one contacted me. Please advise how this can be resolved.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
