Like every time my phone does an update it turns bluetooth on when I know it was turned off before.

I bough roaming data add on and went to the US 3 times and the roaming data did not work once. I did the troubleshooting I found but it never worked. It will expire in 4 days and not sure what Public Mobile does about this but it felt kind of ridiculous, luckily I had offline maps downloaded on my phone. The roaming phone calls worked but data never worked.

Are you on a 3G plan? It wouldn't work in the US, as they have shut down their 3G networks.

I don't believe PM's "3G" plans run on 3G, rather they run on the 4G/5G network but speed is throttled to 3Mbps. In any case, PM couldn't really sell a US-roaming package that relies on 3G towers that no longer exist in the US.

@Phil_Adelphus for some odd reason data roaming was turned off, I never turned it off it was always on, not sure why it would be off. Maybe the e-sim comes set up as off? But any way thanks for the tip, I did a bunch of troubleshooting and didn't think of the simplest thing. I even changed the APN on the cellular data network to try and get it going but didn't think of roaming being off because I never turned it off, I always went to the US and had Rogers before and it would work fine. But thanks though, I didn't test it yet but it definitely is the solution 😃
