      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is so terrible. On Nov 30, I transferred from Bell to Public. I received the text and confirmed Yes to the port in request. Then I could make phone calls. However, I could not receive any phone call or text message at all. I thought it was temporary, but no, I still cannot even today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Bell, and they told me that the port in was “cancelled” and I’m still with Bell. Like WTF??? I checked my settings and it clearly shows the Public. (I only have the public SIM card in the phone too).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, I submitted a support ticket to public via the private message here. No response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there others with the same issues? What happened??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/356676"&gt;@Sarah888&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
