    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Just purchased a nee plan, activated the eSIM with a new number. I am able to make outgoing calls with the new service but not receiving texts or calls on it. I can sig in to PM but then it asks me to sign in to eversafe and they are sending the code to the number that doesn’t work. Problem is I am not receiving texts on the number they are sending to and no option to send the code to email. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I get this fixed?       <description>&lt;P&gt;If I click resend code, it never gives me other options. It just resend the code to the phone number that cannot receive texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and no, I did not port a phone number. It was a new activation with a new phone number that has never been in use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
