@samsam PM does not filter any calls, ie, there is no control to spam calls , and no option to purchase feature to filter calls

You have to rely on what your device offer ,.like Apple has the option to ring only with calls from people le on your contact list

If you have an iPhone, you can go to Setting>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers.

It will go to your voicemail box if they leave a message.

virgin mobile has a feature to identify spam calls, have been getting calls claimed to be TD, Fido, ...etc
