need to activate sim card...will not let me do it...keeps asking for an esim...cannot do that

@Lori1960 Are you trying from the app and not website ? All activations need the app . If your stuck on a step maybe try to uninstall the app and re install it start over and choose physical sim . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help

Do you have a physical sim card? If yes, just scan it using the PM app.
