Tried calling international number but received this error message:
Hi, public mobile here. Sorry your call cannot be completed as dialled. Please check the number and try again.

I've bought the add-ons for international minutes, and it's already reflected on my account.

@julianne1 Did you buy the correct add on and is the country your calling in the list

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

Are you adding 011 in front or + when making these calls @julianne1 if you have the correct calling add-on for the country you are trying to call?

so Indonesia is not on the list of international long distance?

sorry, Indonesia is not part of any Long Distance add-on PM offers. The 300 International Long Distance Minutes can only be used to call a short list of countries. If you have not used any minute out of it, you can open ticket with PM support and ask them to reverse the transaction.

For your calling to Indonesia, you would have to use Calling cards instead
