      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are porting your number into public mobile from your previous service provider. you should receive the confirmation text message from your previous service not from public mobile. Your previous service should still be active when you transfer your number into to public mobile. It should be very easy and quick. It took me a few minutes today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
