      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying for a week now, and I cannot get my new sim card (physical sim) activated. I have tried to submit a ticket many times, but it just says "There seems to be an error submitting the ticket". I have double checked all of my account numbers, phone numbers, everything. Is there anything else I can do? I'm at the point where I might just cancel and stay with koodo because this is ridiculous. I also cannot submit a ticket through any of the other categories, including "Other".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jacob&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also is it Koodo pre paid or Koodo post paid .
