We are in the US and our talk add-on has expired. Public mobile system will not activate a new add-on. It has been 24 hours if that matters. Is the answer just to get a local simm card? Thanks

@Grant-m If you have already waiting 24 hours after the first one ends you should be able to rebuy same add on or have to choose another one . However support should be able to apply it for you back to back

hi @Grant-m usually it would be ok to wait 24 hours. So, does new addon appears on My Account?

If it is, try reboot phone

If that option doesn't work, here's another. https://www.airalo.com/united-states-esim you can download a VOIP program like TextNow and pick a local number to where you live and you can use it like a regular phone and text people back home in Canada and to anywhere in the US.

hi @Chalupa_Batman but Airalo does not give you Talk/voice call which OP needs, he got Talk addon originally
