Why is public mobile website so slow? Every time I tried to log in, check rewards, go to community site and so on, the web page just took 20-30 seconds to be loaded. Is it just me or everyone who has such an issue?

It’s not just you. The website and app are slow in general. At times it’s slow other times it’s faster.

there were very popular Black Friday deals all weekend...could be the website is slow because of dealing with new activations still. Also, PM had a "maintenance outage" yesterday...maybe still bugs to work out. When I log in...it's usually pretty fast...faster than 20-30 sec's.

I don't completely agree. I think the website is fast enough, but the app, however, is very slow, you're rightn

It all depends on the background system, and I don't think they have good enough computers to handle the surge of customers.

Mine also takes forever to load when I log in can be up to two minutes sometimes
