Sometimes folks enter the wrong set of numbers on a voucher – make sure you’ve entered the correct set of numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is, confirm that it’s the correct amount for the plan amount&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do you hear when you dial 611 from your device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I presume you are in Canada, right? Not outside trying to use the service…&lt;/P&gt;</description>
