How long does it take for a service agent to response to an assigned ticket?

My wife and I submitted a ticket since Nov 27th, still havent heard anything from anyone.

They are busy, but I would submit another ticket.

How submitting multiple tickets going to help? If they fail to response to the original service ticket.

All support is online here. Tickets get lost in the ether sometimes. If your issue is not important then you can wait it out. If important I would submit another ticket just to be sure.
