I make a phone call and after about 2 minutes I hear 3 beeps..30 seconds later my phone drops the call..any suggestions

@Mach6 Try your Sim in another phone to verify if it’s a problem with your phone or your Sim.

Is this always? Did you just switch over carriers? It could be your location. Try powering the phone off for a few minutes.

just happend this morning restarted phone still the same been with public mobile for years,spoke last night for coule of hours no probs.have same sim card for years also.

@cigarsmoker Are you the only one with this problem in your area? You can try the 3G setting in your phone to verify if it’s changing something. @Mach6 It seems to have a problem with the last update…reach the support to let them know https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 perhaps it would take time for having an answer.
