      <description>&lt;P&gt;First of all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/355833"&gt;@Silverwood&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go into your self-serve and mark the account as Lost/Stolen.&amp;nbsp; You should find this in your Profile tab area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't get in to the account (i.e. need 2FA sent), click the "didn't get the code" to get the code to your registered e-mail address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, the user of your SIM card can't use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, you'll need to acquire a new PM SIM card (or e-SIM) and go to the Profile tab in self-serve to associate it with your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doing this will render the old SIM card unusable.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Afterwards, don't forget to remove the Lost/Stolen designation you set earlier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
