Login My Account in the morning and check (sorry, the site is going through scheduled maintenance till 10:30AM ET).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or not sure if it is affected by the maintenance, , you might be want to try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC from a landline.&amp;nbsp; Enter 1 for English and then your phone number to check the account status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you have physical sim, you can also try your PM sim in another phone just to confirm it is not a device issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have eSIM, disable your other sim like travel eSIM and make sure PM eSIM is set to Primary and enabled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was traveling outside of Canada and after I came back into the country, the phone does not work. It says emergency call only. It was working perfectly before my travel. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
