Tracking the order of my sim card

I recently ordered a triple punch sim-card from public mobile, and I was wondering how to track it. I received a confirmation email, but no tracking number? Is there a way to track it? Please and thank you

Hi @Kanthy1,

Unfortunately, PM doesn't give tracking number for the sim cards they ship.

Most people receive them within 2-7 days.

I agree. It would be nice to have a tracking number.

Take me as an example, I received the email said that the SIM card is on the way. When you received this email, you can check the status on the PM website, and the link in the email you received. Two days later, I got it. But, I order the SIM three days before, then it shipped. Total is five days including the weekend. Thanks.
