CAN NOT RECEIVE CALLL AND MESSAGE

Hello,

My phone can call and send message, but it can not receive call and message.

I have just transferred from other provider to Public Mobile - I am using esim.

Please help what should I do to fix the problem.

Did you port a number over to PM? Did you leave your old sim in your phone to get the confirmation text to port out? Check email icon...I will pm you number to call in case you need it.

Thanks. I did not leave old sim but I got message from old provider to ask YES or NO to transfer to Pm. I selected Yes. Please help. Thanks

Yeh, I used my old number from old provider then transfer to PM

Thanks, I turned of couple times and it still same, can not receive a call

On your device, if you go to settings --> Sim cards & mobile networks, does it show the Telus network? (Public Mobile is owned by Telus)
