Over the last few days, I've noticed that this plan keeps disappear and reappearing, sometimes for only hours at a time.

IIRC, this is exactly one of the Black Friday deals. Of course, the $29 and $34 plans are now gone. But for any existing clients who haven't already changed plans, I'd strongly consider this over the $39/20 plan. That extra dollar a month provides a lot - 30 GB more, faster speeds, and the "insurance" of unlimited slow speed data.

And with the public points rebate being greater, it's not even $1 a month more - it's $0.70.
