Hello,

I have 2 cell phones: Telus (from work) and Public Mobile. I want to transfer the Telus work number to my existing Public Mobile account, which already has a number attached to it (which I want to get rid of by replacing with the Telus number). I have already had my employer unlock my Telus number and I have their account# so I am ready to transfer it to my Public Mobile account.

All support info seems to revolve around a new public mobile account so I am unsure of how to do this correctly.

I don't know if I need the new SIM I just purchased as well.

Any help would be appreciated!

To transfer your Telus work number to your existing Public Mobile account, follow these steps:

Contact Public Mobile Support directly by submitting a ticket using this link: CS Ticket Submission. Provide your Public Mobile account details and explain that you want to transfer your Telus work number to replace the existing number on your Public Mobile account.

Follow any instructions or guidance provided by customer support to initiate the number transfer process.

Confirm with customer support whether your existing SIM card is compatible with the Telus work number transfer. They will guide you on whether you need the new SIM you purchased.

Have your Telus account number and any other required information ready as you may need it during the transfer process.
