      <title>Subscription change but double billed.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Recently I changed my subscription during the black friday to 40GB for $34/mnth when I was still on 20GB for $39/mnth (Nov 27 to Dec 27th) billing period. So, will my subscription be changed to $34?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/355425"&gt;@ShreyaS05&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;because you have clicked the button Change Now.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM will charge you and start new plan immediately if you click Change Now.&amp;nbsp; To avoid situation like that, you should click Change on Renewal.&amp;nbsp; With Change on Renewal, PM will change the plan after the completion of your current cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it might be too late now to roll back.&amp;nbsp; Sorry about that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I understand that, but don't you think its fair on PM's part to warn the user that they'll be double billed if they continue with changing the subscription midway thru an existing subscription?? Its a good business practice in my opinion. I also work for TELUS and this is something I would offer my customers and not gouge them!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I also work for TELUS and this is something I would offer my customers and not gouge them!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile does inform all custoemer performing an immediate plan change of this.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile actually gives a confirmation screen after clicking on the option to chagne plans that the user must click on to acknowledge that there will be no refunds and no credits for the remaining time from the old plan and that the new plan will start immediately with full payment due.&amp;nbsp; This is right above the button hat needs to be clicked on to finalize the change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
