I have multiple numbers from PM and was wondering if I can combine them into 1 account.

No you cannot. Each number at PM has its own email account.

@MDJ5 No sorry each account ( phone number ) needs to have its own email . You need a tier 1- or 2 services to combine several numbers into one account like Koodo or Telus

Each account is unique linked with unique email. PM accounts cannot be combined so each one requires separate log in in order to maintain them, if needed.
