Is your account showing as Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;reset network settings (Go to settings --&amp;gt;Scroll down to General management --&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Tap Reset --&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Tap Reset network settings)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove SIM card put back in and reboot&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;swap SIM cards and see what works.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have tried all this and it is still unsuccessful, please submit a ticket with our customer support team.
