Under the current points system you earn 5% back for every dollar spent.

If you load your account with vouchers do you get 5% in points back?

If yes do you get the points when loading voucher or when amount is deducted from balance?

yes, loading vouchers is same as credit card, you will earn 5%.

Any type of payment will give you your 5%…CC, debit or vouchers when it is deducted from your account for the Top-up payment.

it appears that no matter what way you choose to load your account, you will receive the 5% back in points. Don't stress you should see the rewards coming!

You should see the rewards coming your way when the amount is deducted (paid) form your balance.
