i saw add $34 with public mobile but when i login i do not see that options - do we still have it ?

Unfortunately, the Black Friday promotional plan that was priced at $34 and offered 40 gigs of data expired on November 28, 2023. There might be some other attractive plans that are available to you on the Plans section of the website. Otherwise, I suspect that Public Mobile will offer more promotions on Boxing Day!

They're just piping in after their own activation issues (check out their earlier post within the last hour)

Typical situation whereby someone tries out a mobile service provider before doing their homework, then is surprised by what it doesn't have.

We've all seen that way too often.
