Hi @champa1,

If you are happy with your current plan and wish to continue it, you can simply move forward with funding your account. If you what to switch your plan, you can select a new plan and choose the option "Change at renewal".

Regarding payment for the cellphone service, the simplest way to fund your account is to setup an automated payment method, (IE: Credit card, debit card, etc). You can add your information directly onto your account by clicking on Payments --> Manage Payment Method.

Just ensure that your subscription toggle bar is switched on for the service to remain activated.

If you prefer paying a more manual method, you can always buy vouchers at a local retailer and them to your account. You can add the voucher details to your account by clicking Payments --> Redeem Payment Voucher

Thanks for answering

Champa

That all depends on what you want to do. Do you want your plan to continue? IF so make sure autopay is enabled or that you have the available funds sitting in your account. IF you don't want your service to continue, then make sure autopay is not enabled, remove any credit card information you have. Or simply port your number out BEFORE your plan expires and that will also close your account.
