      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have 45 dollars in my available fund. But I intend to port out before I would use up my fund. If do port out and have funds left over what happens to it? And does my public mobile accout profile get cancelled and my fund would just be gone? Is there a way to cash out the available fund back into a voucher?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
