Accessing other accounts

I have made the switch to freedom mobile for their $24 for 4GB 4G service.

The problem now is, I cannot seem to access my wife and children's accounts using the email's set up for them.

How do I get the account # associated with their accounts if I cannot log on?

I need their account #'s in order to move them over to Freedom as well.

Or are their account #'s the same as mine?

Each account at PM would have had a different email account. If you still cannot access contact an agent.

Keep an eye on the envelope icon in top right hand corner for a reply from the agent.

@Beagles I don't know why that would affect your ability to access their accounts but perhaps Freedom would accept the IMEI's instead of account numbers. If the numbers can be ported that way then the PM accounts will automatically close.

Does each email have their own account #?
