    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have made the switch to freedom mobile for their $24 for 4GB 4G service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem now is, I cannot seem to access my wife and children's accounts using the email's set up for them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get the account # associated with their accounts if I cannot log on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need their account #'s in order to move them over to Freedom as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or are their account #'s the same as mine?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/321909"&gt;@Beagles&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't know why that would affect your ability to access their accounts but perhaps Freedom would accept the IMEI's instead of account numbers. &amp;nbsp;If the numbers can be ported that way then the PM accounts will automatically close.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
