Hello:

My wife has a very basic plan because she hardly ever uses her cell phone. She pays $15/month but she is charged only $11 because she get a total of $4 credit every month. She is still on the pre 2022 Rewards perks.

My question is this: if she decides to change her plan and get something like a $34/month plan will she still receive the $4 rewards credit as she is currently?

The $4 credit is broken down as follows: $2 for pre-authorized cc payment + $2 for being a loyal client

Make sure to choose change plan on next renewal date. If you do an immediate plan change you get no credit for your current plan.

Old legacy rewards remains, even when changing subscriptions. Just don’t select the new points rewards option. In fact, don’t even select ‘Check out our new points rewards program’
