HI. I JUST GOT A New phone and need my esim. i have been with public mobile for 5 years now, so when i got my activation email back then - there were no qr code included. where can i get my qr code now for my esim ? THANK YOU

Hi @OLGAK, if your previous phone has a physical SIM card, you can just remove it from your old phone and place it into your new phone to avoid buying an eSIM and going through the activation process again.

i cant. its a new iphone and it only supports esims. there is no space to insert physical sim card

@OLGAK oh ok, in that case you will need to purchase the ESIM on the Public Mobile app. It's the only place to get it.

There is a link on the public mobile website which will direct you to the app.

It sounds like an American iPhone 14 or 15. Too bad because the Canadian iPhone have both.

You will need to purchase another $5 eSIM with the PM app for the new phone since eSIM is not transferable between phones like a regular SIM.
