      <title>No sms or voice calls since porting my number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up a new account with PM and ported my number. Since then sms texts and voice calls have not been coming through. PM sent me a message saying that i had entered an incorrect ESN/MEID. I have tried contacting &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11796"&gt;@CS&lt;/a&gt;_agents but no one has responded to me yet. Is there another way to get some customer support? Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/354468"&gt;@BH5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you get a text message from your previous provider asking for your permission to transfer the number, and you replied YES within 90 minutes? &amp;nbsp;Can you call out, is it just incoming you aren't getting? &amp;nbsp;The CS Agents are very busy right now because of Black Friday and their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully you will get a reply soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
