      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, I am still deciding on what to purchase and even if I want to buy a plan with PM.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was looking around and somehow while looking added a plan to my shopping cart.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can't get rid of it and everytime I sign on now I have to choose between&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;LET’S COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION or Return to Logon page.... the later just cycles me around to the same page with the same choices....&amp;nbsp; I do not want to Activate ... how do I get around this so I can continue to review plans and participate in the Community?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thankyou&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/354204"&gt;@jj15ca&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;As long as you haven't got to the point of being charged for anything, just log straight into the community instead of your PM account. &amp;nbsp;You don't need a phone account to view plans or participate in the community. &amp;nbsp;What to do about the phone account you started I'm not sure. &amp;nbsp;If you don't want to activate then perhaps just ask customer service to cancel it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not want to activate anything...just looking to empty my cart and start over...if that....this customer service really stinks ... thank goodness for users solving users issue.... are you all happy with going that route?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
