    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to activate the new SIM card last Saturday morning and port in the old number from the virgin for my son, so far it still doesn't work. I tested it in two phones, both said no sim. It seems the sim card is damaged. so i bought second sim card. please help to fix the problem. please help me asap. it has been 4 days no service for my son.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
