      <title>I got double charged and the “submit a ticket” link does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, as per title, I got double charged, so I contacted them and had the only option to chat with the bot, it sent me a link to submit a ticket but I tried a bunch of times and that link still give me 404 error. I have community account, so really not sure what to do now?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The second amount is the Top-up for your monthly payment (charge).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, I got double charged too. I tried a few times for creating a ticket every day. I was able to submit the ticket for it yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still waiting..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar issue when trying to open a ticket, I was getting the 404 error using the app and mobile browser, seems to work fine from a computer, not sure why that would be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I too am dealing with Public Mobile over charges, although I have 6 posted charges all for the same dollar amount, be warned the agents are slow to acknowledge the ticket, I assume still overwhelmed from the Black Friday event.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
