Since Sundays to today is Wednesdays no reply from customer support, what a sucks services it is.

@Sazzad Usually with in the hour , but can be longer and this last weekend they were super busy , but I think they are starting to catch up on the back log

If you see my thread last response i got on Sunday today is Wednesday

since Sunday i Don’t have my number with me, missed calls texts, in fact i can’t access my banks because of MFA stick with my number.

so public mobile have 3days a hour

, so funny.
By the way thanks budd for your reply

it will be appreciated if i get a direct contact numbers to reach out to them.
