Hi,

I already have some rewards for Pre-Authorized Payments, Loyalty Pays and Refer-a-Friend.

If I join rewards with public points, will it cancel my existing rewards or can I earn new public points on top of my existing rewards?

@Panduka You either earn Rewards or Points, not both, and almost always get more in Rewards than in Points. There are a couple of exceptions, on plans >$40 the 5% Points is > than $2 Rewards. And if you're not staying long, the 1-time transfer bonus may be more than you lose over time.

But it's almost never worth it if you're sticking with PM.

Old rewards are for customers prior to 2022. If you signed up now as a new subscriber for new service, you are on the New points system only.

If you change plans from the old system you maintain that unless you opt IN.

Its 1 or the other.

I would not opt IN if I were you.

No double dipping.

@Panduka DONT DO IT you can never go back and your old rewards are much more lucrative then the points system . I don’t even go near the rewards page just keep your old $ legacy rewards
