I bought a new phone and put its IMEI number in the information and I called my old provider to see why my number hadn’t been transferred and they clarified because I needed to provide the original IMEI number that was associated with my account.</P><P>i have the correct information now and would like to transfer over my old number but cannot open a ticket (I get an error message) and I cannot send a private message to the support person who is mentioned in the suggestion as that account does not exist, so right now I am unable to contact anyone about this issue.
