      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to port my number to Public Mobile and unfortunately used the IMEI and got a text message saying it had trouble going through the process and someone will contact me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know this has occured to others and wondering whats the easiest way to resolve this and port the number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/348542"&gt;@Notyourconcern&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;using IMEI for porting info might not work all the time, best to provide them the account number of the old provider instead&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support and provide them the correct info again.&amp;nbsp; They can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
