    <description>&lt;P&gt;This^^^ I had the same issue, you have to change which network your phone is connecting to, as long as it's AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile, you shouldnt have any issues. Make sure your Data Roaming is turned on!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The connect might be better on one network than the other so try both network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also go to your Setting and enable Data Roaming.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you please log in to your account and look in &lt;STRONG&gt;Subscriptions and Add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt;...just to confirm you got the right add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
