      <title>Account access impossible</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to create another question about this topic, but my wife’s solution is nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Her self service account AND community account is blocked. We tried to :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- try again, try again after 1h, try again after 3 hours, try again after 3 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- reset password, reset email address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to talk to a moderator with a ticket, link is 99% of time not generating a ticket and the one time I got one, moderator refused to help me because I am not my wife.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can’t get a ticket with my wife account because we tried all of this with both her community account AND self-service account. Both are sealed like a bunker and help is not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To make payment using your registered credit card, you can dial 611 from her phone to add $$...you will need her pin number though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am assuming you and your wife are longtime members because agents are not called Moderators for a longtime.
